Additional trip fee of $135.00 will be charged to the client ( added ) if the client requires me to return to the property to complete part of the inspection due to the utilities ( water,gas or electricity ) not being turned on inside the residence, on the scheduled time and day. In compliance with the licensure board standards of practice we do turn on utilities or de-winterize inside the residence.

(Standards of Practice),we do not (de-winterize ) which includes turning on main water valves, plumbing fixtures, filling water-heaters, lighting gas pilots inside the residence. When the utilities are scheduled to be re-established to the residence for a home inspection,this should be arranged with the owner.
