Appointments for a home inspection start times are typically 9am mornings and 1:30 pm afternoons. Times can be adjusted for special circumstances if needed.
Average time to inspect a property can vary between 2 to 4 hrs,depending on the type of foundation,condition,size and age of the property.
My normal business hours are 8am to 5 PM Monday-Friday. ( Closed on Sundays) Please call to book re-inspections,pre-drywall or Saturday 9 -12 appointments these are worked into schedule manually based on availabilty. When you order, i will be the one doing your inspection.You can book it online using the auto system 24/7 for a complete home inspection plus extras-add ons.
